Call customer service. I told them to look up the agent on the booking and they said they would get back to me. Thankfully I didn't lose a lot… won't bankrupt us. I have called this fraudulent website almost daily since then 3 weeks and keep being told they are working on my case and they will get back to me in 24 hours after contacting the hotel. The manager at the hotel gave me his name and line number to give to go Spitty to call him because he wanted to recommend they give my money back,so I gave them the info and another week pass so I called the manager at the hotel back and he said they had not reached out to him which when I spoke to the next person from go Spitty they said they was waiting on him,which was a lie.
