Does anyone happen to know what if anything determines when a world quest gives you gold and when it does not? I have 7 level 70 toons, and 4 of them have 6 world quests for gold, and 3 of them only have 2 world quests that give gold. Not maxed on rep, then bonus rep for you. I have no proof, but this seems to be what my characters have experienced. Some characters will get gear, others will get gold, others will get rep. That is what it seems like to me as well.
