If not, what else can be used? My son and I have refurbished dozens of the old ss Briggs HP flatheads with the old "Pulsa-Jet" carbs mounted on top of the tanks used on our minibikes and go-karts. Not one of these tanks ever came with any type of anti-sloshing foam in the tank that I am aware of and they all performed just fine.
