Galaxie Diner in the Beltline area of Calgary is an old school diner. This diner was recommended by a friend, so we went. Surprisingly, it was a block away from our hotel, which was awesome. We came here on a weekday just before the lunch time rush and we had to wait a little bit for a table of 2. Their grill is working non-stop to serve the lunch rush. Their chef was cooking so many dishes at once but I noticed how he kept his station quite tidy as he churned out each dish. Salsa, sour cream, and hash browns are on the side.
