The seats were more comfortable than I thought, which was probably the biggest surprise. My big complaint is that our flight was delayed three hours, which caused my family to miss our connecting flight and spend the night in a hotel. I asked several times to get compensated for this hotel stay but they did not do so. I won't be flying French Bee again.
