Slices of lightly breaded eggplant baked in tomato sauce with melted mozzarella, served with pasta. Chicken breast topped in white wine cream sauce with ham, mozzarella, and roasted red peppers served on a bed of spaghetti. Breaded chicken breast topped with tomato sauce and melted mozzarella served on a bed of spaghetti. Broiled in a white wine lemon butter sauce with a mix of Italian herbs served with a side of angel hair topped with tomato sauce.
