Under the direction of our physicians, our therapists utilize progressive techniques and state-of-the-art equipment to provide each of our patients with an individualized and complete rehabilitation program. Our therapy protocols, based on the particular needs and circumstances of each patient, are designed to help our patients return to the lifestyle and job duties they enjoyed prior to their injury or illness. This coordination and continuity of care with close and constant communication with our physicians and therapists, together with the active participation of our patients, helps to speed and enhance our patient's recovery process for a quick and safe return to work or play. In addition to conservative and post-surgical therapy, TSPT provides pre-operative therapy and patient education, such as free crutch training programs. Certified hand therapy and custom splinting is also available at all TSPT offices. TSPT has a staff of experienced occupational and certified hand therapists CHTs who specialize in rehab for surgical or non-surgical treatment of hand and upper extremity injuries. Hand therapy is often prescribed for the treatment of a variety of conditions and injuries from the hand to the shoulder upper extremity and is frequently used to help alleviate pain, reduce swelling and increase range of motion after surgery for post-operative conditions of the elbow, wrist and hand. For the surgical or non-surgical treatment of a hand or upper-extremity injury, our CHT staff provides a full range of treatment options and advanced therapy techniques and is available to fabricate a variety of custom-made splints. TSPT has four convenient office locations with spacious gyms, advanced equipment and advanced technology used by professional athletes.
