New South Bodyshop is a family owned Dealership that has been in business since I was totally dissatisfied with the work done by New South Ford Bodyshop, ford meridian ms. I had to bring my car back three times after the manager called and told me my car was complete.

The absolute WORST dealership I have ever had the misfortune of buying a car from let alone walking into; 1 Abysmil customer service, everyone there is incredibly rude and flat out do not care about anyone.

New South Ford has, on three separate occasions, performed sub standard warranty repairs. They put my life in danger by sending me down the road with an unreported, unannounced temporary repair The quality of Ford vehicles is abysmal. My car was not fixed correctly, either. At my engine needed to be replaced, tech said it was a defect but it was out of warranty so Ford was not I would never buy a Ford to begin with. It is not the Fords that last.
