Fitbit hr not working

Since the last update 2 weeks ago, the heat rate monitor on my versa 2 is not working. The LED lights on the back are not working. I have completed a full factory reset further to previous mails, but nothing has fitbit hr not working it.

My ionic has not read my heart rate in days it just stopped working. I've reset my watch I've shut it all the way down I've also updated the app still nothing.
