The NEW app is obviously screwing up many functions on many different models - just look at all the posts here on the Forums and around the internet, fitbit app issues. Nothing Customer Support had me try worked and nothing here on the Forums has fixed anything either; most importantly to many is nearly ALL models Stop responding to our requests for help with the scripted responses like is it too loose on your wrist, did you sleep fitbit app issues a different position or be sure to check your battery! The latest app update for my charge 5 is just awful. Resting HR is messed up. This does absolutely nothing at all to meet my purpose in wearing it. Major QA fail this update! And major thumbs down on the design. My sleep and HR are all messed up too. Totally agree. The user interface is not user friendly at all. Having your steps refresh from 0 every time one opens the app is a terrible idea. Also they took away the ability to see what charge percentage the fit bit is when you pull down to sync.

It could've been a temporary connection issue or something along those lines.

Hello, my FitBit app worked really good until two days ago, then yesterday it had trouble syncing, and today it has logged me out and I can't log back in. Every time I try the error message says that I have the wrong user name or password. When I tried to create a new account it said there was a network error.
