It's a good idea to first go to Hyrule Castle and enter the Temple of Time again to meet up with Sheik and get Prelude of Light , a song that lets you instantly warp to the Temple of Time whenever you want to. Next, stop by the Skulltula house in Kakariko if you haven't done so and pick up your prize, an adult wallet that can hold rupees. And while you're at it, why not get the remaining Skulltulas in Dodongo Cavern? Look for the rolling Goron. Position yourself in between the two bomb flowers on the same level. The idea is to get the bomb to blow up when the Goron passes it. Two bombs improve your chances, so use 'em. Once stopped, talk to the Goron to receive the Goron Tunic. This allows you to withstand hot areas, such as the inside of Death Mountain. Before you enter the Fire Temple, you can undertake a few Side Quests to stock up on health and get yourself a new spinning sword technique if you haven't already. Now you can either climb up Death Mountain by blowing up the rocks near the red flagpole which is considerably longer and more dangerous , or pulling the statue in Darunia's room to reveal a secret entrance to the crater.

Defeat the Like-Like and open the chest that appears after its death to get a Blue Rupee if you emerged from the Like-Like fight unscathed; otherwise it will contain the equipment eaten. On the other side of the gate, you'll see a captured Goron, terrified and shaking for its life. Exit and climb onto the railing on the side of the stairs to get past the wall of flames. Stand in the middle of the stairs and cast Din's Fire to light the two torches, before proceeding forward and standing by the statues on the north well, casting Din's Fire again to open the east door. Up ahead, you'll meet Darunia, and come across the boss door immediately as well.

Entrance hall, 1F: Climb up the steps and go to the exit on the left. Drop down into the hole. Hookshot to the top level, and take the door on the northeast side with your key. Head into the door in the middle of the C, on the eastern side, next to where we played the Song of Time. Climb up to the higher level and proceed to the northwest door. Song of the Hero Go through the door that opens to meet the mini-boss of the dungeon, the Flare Dancer.
Before we make our way to the next dungeon, the Fire Temple, there are some goodies for us to collect.
