The restaurant itself is big and airy and has a modern feel. My favourite bit- the pasta machine nestled by the window, where you can stop in and watch head chef and owner Lewis Marro work his magic. On this particular day we kicked things off with the NV Zuccolo Prosecco- seriously beautiful bubbles. Light and refreshing, it was very easy to drink! We started our lunch with bread drizzled with plenty of Balsamic and extra virgin olive oil. Light and spongy, we scoffed it in a heartbeat. The ricotta was so creamy and the batter was so light and crispy- this was one of my favourite dishes by far. Pasta was next and it was better than I had imagined.
