Silk focuses on providing spped buffs for herself and her allies. Her damage is also nothing to scoff at either since 2 of her skills greatly impact her damage and effect on a battle. You can get her via summoning or by completing the connection missions which is the most efficient way of getting her. Silk is probably the best 4 star ranger in the game currently right now.
