Therefore, inclusion is our watchword, and our vision is for Esteem to be a learning community of excellence for SEND and alternative provision in the Midlands. However, we want mainstream schools to join us too as they have many pupils with SEND or who are disadvantaged. We are a growing and inclusive Trust currently comprised of nine schools, which work collaboratively to promote and share good practice to raise educational outcomes for all of our children. We support our schools through the work of our Central Team, allowing them to focus on their core purpose of teaching and learning. We are passionate and supportive of our members at Embrace and wellbeing is a key priority, both for students and staff. We are committed to providing high-quality professional development and training opportunities for our members of staff and believe this is a key element to their professional growth and improving outcomes for children and young people.
