She was the daughter of William Afton , and the younger sister of Michael Afton. She had a deep trust in her father and a love for his creations, admiring everything he does. However, one of his machines, Circus Baby , attacked and killed her, and her soul possessed the animatronic. She is shown to have drastically changed from the event, and is now cold, heartless and violent. She eventually meets her end in FNAF 6.

The only details given about her in the book were that Elizabeth was a little girl who wore a dress that later became dirty after William hit her. In the graphic novel rendition, she is a young girl with long blonde hair in a blue bow. She wears a blue T-shirt with a picture of a small ice cream cone. Her pants are also blue in color. After becoming obsessed with Circus Baby, she wears a white and blue dress, a blue headband in her hair, a blue skirt and black shoes. She was later changed to a brunette for some reason; most likely to make herself look more like Circus Baby. Her hair remained brown for the rest of her appearances. In a flashback scene, Elizabeth eagerly wanted to show her father a piece of paper with a golden star from her kindergarten teacher. William pushed Elizabeth away twice.
