E310 vitamix review
Update one: After eighteen months of use, my E jug is looking a little tired, despite careful washing, drying and dishwasher avoidance. It doesn't bother me and I'm still happy with the E overall. Update e310 vitamix review : My mum wanted to buy a high-powered, long-lasting blender and asked me if she should get the Vitamix E
I have owned several blenders over the years and a couple of what I would call high-powered blenders. Finally, I took the plunge and splurged and pick myself up a Vitamix. I decided to go with the Vitamix e Explorian blender since the price was right and a good introduction to the Vitamix line of blenders. This blender does that and much much more. The blender I own was not given to me by Vitamix nor am I being paid by them to write this review. With that said the below link on where to buy it is an Affiliate link.

Sometimes this has meant shortchanging myself gigabytes of storage, exciting new features, or the hyped-up style of the moment. But most of the time, it pays to be a little thrifty. I had my heart set on getting a Vitamix blender, having been wowed by watching June Xie use hers on Delish's Budget Eats series. After much deliberation, I took the plunge during a holiday weekend sale and bought the Vitamix Explorian E Speed Blender over one of the cushier models in their Legacy Series. As a solo dweller and daily smoothie sipper, I feel that the Explorian E fits my needs. It is the ideal model for those who want the reliable, top-notch performance of a Vitamix blender. Just know that a smaller size is the main concession for the lower price tag. The Vitamix Explorian E Speed Blender comes with a ounce container that's notched with measurements for cups, ounces, liters, and milliliters along the corners, a rubbery lid with a plastic dome that comes off, a mini tamper that slides right into the undomed top to stir the ingredients while the blender is operating, and a hefty base that houses a 2-horsepower motor. As the name suggests, the blender has 10 speeds that are accessible via dial, as well as a separate pulse function. I love the precision of the dial, as I can make the tiniest adjustments to speed, instead of just toggling between low, medium, and high like on other blenders. On its lowest setting, the blade whirs at around 70 dBs the same volume as a hair dryer, according to the Hearing Health Foundation to 95 dBs on its highest setting akin to a subway platform or car traffic. So, make no mistake — this blender is loud, even if it's used just for second bursts.

You are welcome Shar! The Vitamix has a better build quality and offers a slightly better performance when it comes to processing fibrous ingredients, making nut butter, and crushing ice. Its main jar is small for a full-size blender. Some people may prefer a blender with a smaller jar for blending single-serves, though. This size fits my needs perfectly. Frozen strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and pineapple, all fall prey to this monster. Frozen fruit is fine I read many, many reviews before buying the E and my main concern was that that it might struggle with frozen fruit, as reported by several people. The Vitamix has a significantly better build quality and a better overall performance.
