Dragon ball frost
The anime Dragon Ball Super officially introduced the concept of the multiverse to Akira Toriyama's enduringly beloved franchise, as alternate universes faced off against each other in epic martial arts tournaments. One of the many powerful fighters from across the Dragon Ball Multiverse is Frost, a villain from Universe 6 who strongly resembles the longtime Dragon Ball antagonist Frieza and is just as devious as his Universe 7 counterpart. Now, we're taking a quick look back at Universe 6's most notorious space pirate, how powerful he is in comparison to Frieza and his ultimate role in the anime's climactic storyline, the Tournament of Power. As a member of Frieza's race from Universe 6, Frost was a conquering warlord like his Universe 7 counterpart. However, while Frieza was content to subjugate and rule with an iron first, Frost would quickly launch rebuilding efforts to win the hearts and minds of those he had just swiftly defeated, earning him the Universal Peace Prize on three separate occasions. Under the guise of a peacekeeper, Frost assisted Cabba in repelling space pirates -- while secretly serving as the pirates' leader unbeknownst to the young Saiyan. Frost poisons Goku and Piccolo to defeat both Universe 7 warriors, with Jaco exposing Frost's cheating leading to him confessing to his hidden evil side to the shock of Universe 6. Despite this, Vegeta opts not to have Frost disqualified so he can battle against him, dispatching him with a single blow after transforming into a Super Saiyan. Following his elimination, Frost attempts to steal Universe 6's accumulated riches only to be thwarted and defeated by Hit. Upon his return to Universe 6, Frost is charged as a war criminal and goes on the run to avoid punishment. Frost is one of the strongest fighters from Universe 6 and, like Frieza, possesses several transformations like his Universe 7 counterpart. However, Frost is able to keep up with Goku while the Saiyan is in his base form and later proves formidable against Hit after growing stronger while on the run.

I'm the problem and the solution. A member of Frieza's race from Universe 6, and widely considered to be the counterpart of the tyrant, Frost is the benevolent emperor of Universe 6, who fights wars against evil-doers for the sake of his universe. He was chosen to be part of Champa's team in the Tournament between Universe 7 and 6, being the second opponent overall. He decides, however, to show his true colors once his true nature is discovered. After being defeated by Vegeta, he goes on the run from the authorities. He is later found by Hit, who asked him to join the Universe 6 again for the Tournament of Power, where he would meet his counterpart.
