We have travelled multiple times to Pearl over the years since it has opened. Through the years the resort continues to evolve and improve, and this past trip was no exception. We have experienced a lot of changes in the product, mostly for the good, although we will always miss elements from bygone days. Since the opening of Pearl, we have witnessed a lot of guests prefer one resort over the other, we are not of that camp and enjoy each property for what it has to offer, and we recognize that each is unique and distinct. We have had energetic times at Pearl, but it tends to be a little more laid back with more opportunity to relax and enjoy quiet time. We tend to think one of the primary reasons has to do with the physical differences in the properties. Regardless, we love them both. In recent years we have witnessed things really starting to gel at Pearl. She appeared to be very hands on and readily available to deal with any situation. Last year we had some issues that she met head on, listened to us and responded to.
