I have been a patient of Sandi's since this summer. I have been to PTs off and on for over 8 years dealing with hip pain, before and after surgery, and I I love the personal attention to the individuals - Nick is amazing - such a gifted and professional PT Sandy and Mary are the sweetest! Sandy always is welcoming and kind and works on getting your body to where it needs to be. She does not only focus on "your problem area" but makes sure your whole I love Fyzical! I had a stem cell transplant in January for Leukemia which left me very weak, tired, and my lower back was awful from past trauma and then having to stay in a hospital bed for I'm a true believer in myofasial release! Sandi is amazing, talking me through every process, educating me along the way. I had a laminectomy in December and was referred here by my Wonderful friendly staff. Very reliable service!

Perrin was born and raised in Southern California. After four New England winters, he returned to California where he taught theater, history, and math at private schools for five years to middle and high school students. Perrin then received his medical degree from University of California, San Diego School of Medicine, where he switched his professional focus from children pediatrics to families family medicine. Perrin completed his residency training in Family Medicine at Banner Good Samaritan in Phoenix and then continued at Good Sam as a residency junior faculty member while completing a fellowship in Faculty Development at the University of Arizona. Following his junior faculty year, Dr. Perrin completed a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine, also at Good Sam. Over the ensuing years, Dr. Perrin has had a myriad of different clinical positions, including part- and full-time residency faculty, working in the managed care world, as a hospice medical director, and as a primary care physician for Medicare populations.
