If you can get the water to flow, then the most universal option can be used. With the faucet running water, disconnect the battery pack by opening it. Or if you have an open battery tray, remove the batteries. You now have a manually operated faucet. The solenoid was open allowing water to flow through and is now stuck open because you removed the power it would use to close. Reconnecting the battery would close the solenoid and make it electronic again.
