You will need to buy your own twin and full mattress since mattresses are NOT included. The bunkbed is slightly customizable with the short guard rail for the upper bunk that can be attached for right or left entry. The twin and full bed duo works to accommodate siblings sharing a room but is also great for vacation rental homes. The Wingate Dresser is sold separately at select Costco stores, for a limited time.
