I installed Exchange CU23 last night, and all went normally. However, upon restarting and verifying services etc, incoming email from external email addresses was being delayed for random amounts of time. It could be delayed anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of hours. I checked disk space first thing, and it is fine. I haven't noticed any backpressure signs.
