I'd probably rate it a 4, but Kastille has been outstanding, and the prices are really good.

All of that at the only oceanfront restaurant on the Island. Party of eight, Saturday evening 7 pm. Everyone really enjoyed their meal. Fried tomato sandwiches, fried conus sandwich, fish tacos, fish and chips, steak quesadilla and grouper bowl with veggies and coconut rice.. So good!!! The fish tacos are incredibly delicious. I cannot recommend them enough.

The bar also offers merchandise for sale, including hoodies and tumblers, and is currently hiring bartenders for those interested in joining their team. This bar is different things rolled into one. By day it's your average small town bar where everyone knows each other's name and just goes there for a drink and hang out. On Friday and Saturday I came to this bar because it was close to my hotel but it was pretty chill and mellow get sorta crowded after 4pm. Drinks are pretty good and in expensive compared to what I'm used to in Nice neighborhood bar in downtown West Bend. Years past this building held many taverns that had no where near the appeal of Collins. The current owners took the time to invest in the building Found this dog friendly gem by accident. We just wanted to have cocktail with our dog in a clean, shaded outdoor patio. Awesome staff!
