Greetings guys! I recently had the pleasure of dining at this multi-cuisine haven in Kado, Abuja: De Cascade by Cilantro. The space is a harmonious blend of soothing aesthetics and nature-inspired decor, and while the atmosphere left me entranced, the culinary experience left me with mixed feelings. Join me as I recount my escapade into the world of flavors. It was sweet and creamy, just the way I like it. There was a noticeable caramel flavor that was not overpowering. There was a mild hint of coffee flavor, and the texture was smooth and silky. The whipped cream and caramel drizzle on top added some extra sweetness and richness to the drink. The drink was visually appealing and had a refreshing taste, but it was a bit too sweet and tasted like orange Fanta. There were no bitter undertones or tartness to this. It tasted too much like soda, and I would say it was very average. This was a really tasty dish.

They are famed as one of the best, if not the best, Indian restaurants in Abuja and Kano. NOSA: The menu is just so many things and not any thing at the same time. Please, can they focus? I get the random Continental items that make their way on to menus at speciality cuisine. Like grilled salmon, pasta, chicken and rice but pizza! We repeated that exact same order at Cilantro just to, you know, compare and contrast. NOSA: Just leave the samosa alone.

Just one of each and you would have already spent more than the Discover 3-course set. For even better value, look out for their Dinner Specials on Wednesdays. Then, for just RM, you get a substantial fare of three courses of appetizers, a main course and a dessert. Now, THAT is a steal! As at any proper French restaurant, it is customary to have bread to start, and boy were these a good spread. Served with truffle butter, the bread was so good, the brioche in particular.

Then, for just RM, you get a substantial fare of three courses of appetizers, a main course and a dessert. I had mixed feelings about this dish, starting with the chipped plate I was served with.
