In "Pups Turn on the Lights", Skye is involved in the planning and setup for Chase's surprise birthday party. When the festivities are threatened by a power outage, she shows particular distress, audibly howling at the thought that the party might be ruined. When the PAW Patrol are called together to address the power outage, Skye quietly questions Ryder regarding Chase's party, and is pleased when Ryder puts her in charge of completing preparations. Skye enthusiastically takes part in organizing the remainder of the party, though she is briefly dismayed upon realizing they have no time to make a cake.
