Has anyone had any success using this software? I know the machines can send their meter reads to Xerox by themselves. However, there are machines that are too old to do this and rather then call them in old school style I was wondering if anyone has had success with this offering from Xerox. Whether this will support your device models is something you need to confirm. Below you can find the compatibility matrix for the latest version. I almost think that a Powershell script that could email meter reads to Xerox would work much better. Yes, majority of devices already have this option in their firmware. This option can be used once the device is able to communicate with the server. There are a couple of machines that say they are having problems every morning but yet I called Xerox and they are getting the reads and consumables. I wrote it off to just a temporary quirk that happens with certain machines every day. Are you using CWW or have you successfully configured it for a business or client? I would prefer to use the built in capability but some of our machines are just too old and that is where something like CWW would come into play. Yes I have CWW on a test environment. I do not need to use exactly for meter reading purposes, as you do. I have worked with several clients that do use this application.
