Till today, I have not used OnePass for a single online purchase. Catch has been super disappointing when it comes to deals. Black Friday and Boxing Day sales were unknown for Catch maybe they made enough money with people subscribing to OnePass….. I've tried to use my OnePass subscription at Target and Kmart online but the stuff I am looking for is not in stock near me so it still requires that I pay shipping. What's the use of a subscription if I have to pay for shipping even for non bulky items like a tee? I shop in store at Bunnings, Target and Kmart and scan my Flybuys card to get 5 x points.

I was looking for an item, and it was cheaper on Catch so I bought it, signed up for OnePass because it was cheaper than postage, and gave an added discount. The plan was to keep OnePass for the month and just grab stuff off Catch as I found items I genuinely needed. Bait is bait. Some vacuum cleaner salesmen used to bait dumb people with a falsely named "dog". If it is grey import then good luck with any warranty. Catch would be your warranty provider and you hit a wall of silence. Better pay 1k more to Gerry so he can feed his horse……. Nah it wasn't clickbair, it was a fastest fingers first thing. I managed to get through on the Nintendo Wii U deal, a couple of computers, a TV and a few other things. The catchathon deals used to be epic, stalking the website waiting for the hourly tickover for the next deals. DangerNoodle: Impulse buying: I was in a rush to buy a tripod for a 4mio shoot. Stopped in at Gerry and got a faulty product. Been over a year now and still no warranty! I did get a few decent things from their site in the early days but I'm not sure good is quite the right word.

Seen some deals on Catch but reviews seem too good to be true on obviously cheap crap and hit too many selling points. Most products look like junk but there's some branded stuff that looks like a deal. I never trusted it before because it just looked untrustworthy, it still does, but it seems to be growing. Catch is owned by Wesfarmers same as Bunnings, Kmart, Target etc so they're reliable. Only ever ordered one PS5 game and got sent to local Target for pickup just fine.

Not to have an ongoing subscription for years. Amazon Prime is unrivalled in terms of value, even if you only use the free delivery aspect and nothing else. But what I actually mean by my comment is the buyer protection and return policy. Catch is no match for them in that regard. Tried eBay plus and didn't use it, found Plus stores were just absorbing delivery fees into their prices anyway so no point.

Catch Connect prepaid SIM deals only available via finder. It's lost its mojo in my eyes. Didn't realise it was a corporate mega-giant subsidiary. You now get 5x flybuys points when ordering online too I believe, not just in store. I was awaiting an email with a gift card. Always avoid third-party sellers on marketplaces. Similar experience here. As others have said, it has evolved over time.

When they partnered with one of the big retail players about yrs ago maybe more it went to shit. Had great bargains, but you had to be quick and you had to check every day to see if the "one item" was something you want I think they released the schedule a few days in advance. I just have no recollection of that at all.
