Bratz: The Movie is a American live-action film based on the popular Bratz line of fashion dolls. The film follows the four best friends as they navigate high school while staying true to themselves and their passion for fashion. The film opens with the introduction of the four main characters, who are all united by their love of fashion and music. Cloe is the sporty one, Jade is the brainy one, Sasha is the music and dance enthusiast, and Yasmin is the peacekeeper. The girls are excited to start high school but quickly realize that their individuality is not always appreciated by their peers. The film takes a satirical look at high school cliques and the pressure to conform. The girls are given makeovers by the schools most fashionable clique, the "Pretty Committee" in an attempt to fit in. However, the girls soon realize that their new look is not who they truly are and they revert back to their original styles. They decide to create their own clothing line and show that style and individuality can coexist.
