Terrible experience. The major one is with the sales department as we were leasing the vehicle, we were charged for their administration mistake, refused to compensate blaming other department. Finally in their blaming game, we "customer" had to pay which was clearly their mistake. The sales director Yves Robert Casimir was totally useless. After 5 years with them, they don't care about customer satisfaction. Now we are taking our vehicle to Longueuil Toyota and would never ever do any business. We bought our second vehicul there and its been very pleasant experiences. Service, no pressure, respect and even fun every times we went there.
