Okay, it's time for a confession - I've never understood the huge fascination people have with this series. I don't begrudge it - in fact I think it's great that an Australian-made series has been so very successful - nor do I think it's misplaced. I just don't get it. I've sat down and watched a few episodes and thought it was alright, but never felt the need to tune in again - unlike so many other adults. So it's a safe bet that I won't be watching on Sunday as they count down the top episodes as voted by the public. But I'm sure that plenty of other people will. Especially the young ones, whose parents can plonk them down in front of this Bluey marathon and go back to bed for a few more hours sleep on a Sunday morning. The premiere of a new season of Big Brother totally caught me by surprise - I wasn't aware such a thing was in the pipeline. Granted, I'm far from their target market but I would have expected to see something promoting the new season.
