I only used it a few times over that period. The selection of cards that are included in the subscription are just not very good and the selection is very limited. You can upgrade for additional charge, but those are not that good either. This year, the renewal date occurred while I was on vacation and away from home. They refused. I contacted my Credit Card company and their policy is that they cannot accept a dispute unless the charge is made AFTER the the request to cancel the subscription. I think it is bad business for BlueMountain to refuse to honor my request for a refund of the chargebut I guess it is the only way they can stay in Business since their service is so bad. All I can say is if you are considering subscribing, reconsider!
