While I was logging in I saw the option that has select region on it does this mean I can play on Oceania server because this is the nearest server in my country or is it still NA and EU. You can play on the phillippine server. I am not sure if it was vietnam or philippines thou anyway there are some Asian servers you probably will have a better ping. Russia shouldnt have much of an impact for you i get nearly the same ms on RU as i get on EU. There will be no such thing. Since there is no Oceania Server existing he wont be able to.

Which is funny cause even if they are in Germany they still use NA time for the metainance schedule, which is just sad imo. Unless NCsoft is doing some mumbo jumbo, then yes, all signs except their word for it point to at least some EU servers still being located in the US. This misunderstanding is due to a common error users are making when testing their connections, they see a connection to an authentication server and assume it is also the game server. All EU had to wait hours in the middle of the day for that. Can you guys do anything right?
