Tiwari likes his neighbour, Vibhutis ultramodern wife, Anita, and Vibhuti likes Tiwaris simple wife, Angoori. Their quest to impress each others wives often leads to hilarious situations. Two men from the family, Vibhu and Manmohan Tiwari are drawn to each other's wives and try various, ultimately hilarious, ways to impress them. The men, Vibhutinarayan Mishra and Manmohan Tiwari, have been married for seven years and, unknowing to one another, are charmed by each other's wives. The majority of the comedy TV show takes place in their individual residences. The characters also go to a local tea shop, where they generally talk about their current lives and general topics.

The show begins as Tiwari and Vibhuti meet each other, and their wives. They both try to impress them, and this continues forever. As Vibhuthi is busy dreaming about a romantic moment with his neighbour Angoori, his wife sees him enjoying his sleep and assumes that he is dreaming about her. Later, Vibhuthi is forced to go out of the house to buy some milk and Vibhuthi is mesmerized by Angoori's beautiful voice. He is later introduced to Manmohan Tiwari's younger brother Laddoo who has the power to hear what one says in his mind. Meanwhile, Manmohan Tiwari wakes up and learns that there is no water in his house. Manmohan decides to go to Vibuthi's house to have his bath and decides to use this time to fulfil his desire of spending time with Vibuthi's wife Anita. Angoori is shocked to learn that her husband has fractured his bone and will now have to stay at Anita Mishra's house for a few days. Later the doctor asks Manmohan Tiwari to pay the fees and Manmohan cleverly asks Vibhuthi to pay the fees from his pocket. As Vibhuthi steps out of Mishra's home, a man named Saxena by mistake comes in front of Angoori and hits her.
