Grass Knot and Sludge Bomb require the same 50 energy and deal respectable STAB damage, and either can be chosen depending on the coverage needed.

Leaf Storm costs slightly more energy, and is considered a higher risk vs reward play. Dazzling Gleam and Solar Beam demand way too much energy to use consistently. Roserade's offensively-oriented stat-spread leaves it quite vulnerable due to the CP cap of Great League.
