Ok guys I am building a serval with supporting mods such as inframe drag pipes and 35 pwk carbs advanced timing etc. Will probably run 22 in tires and I'm a heavy rider so traction should not be an issue with either arm. If it were me, I would just leave it stock length, but then again I'm the idiot running 80 HP on a -2 swinger. Btw my DM will be in the same chassis.

Be prepared to beat the piss out of the bolt to get it out, and put some antisieze compund on it when you put it back together. Good luck doing this yourself, unless you have a drill press. That swinger bolt is tough as nails Remove the left rear wheel and hub, remove the axle nuts, pull of the rear brake caliper just let it hang by the brake line so you won't have to bleed it , and remove the chain, then slide the sprocket hub off.

It also takes up more space in the shed and truck bed which I also didn't care for. All toghether it took about two hours after work one day to convert. All i did was seperate the main pivot tube from the rest of swingarm and used a raptor bearing kit for my measurments to notch the tube. Go to topic listing. Arched is mild and mainly for looks.
