My sweet Gracie looked wonderful when I picked her up and she was very happy. Gracie went from unruling fur to beautiful and soft. Thank you to the groomers! I got my dog in January and signed her up right away because I was told she needed to get spayed right away. Well it is the end of April and she is on a waiting list with no date in sight. She is She is 8 months old. They are short of help. She travels with me as a Emotional Support dog and is airports etc with other male dogs. My dog and my grandsons dog are always having to go to the Warwick Hospital because they do not have room for sick visits.

Any time I try to call, no one answers the phone. Last time I tried to make an appointment, they told me all they had were walk ins on that day. I overheard the woman checking out beside me make an actual appointment on the same day. So I asked the woman who was checking me out why that would be. She seemed annoyed and asked if I needed to make an actual appointment. I had to reschedule this appointment as it no longer fit into my schedule. When I spoke to the employee on the phone, she seemed Terrible service. Failed to log our appointment, and refused to see our cat for a simple rabies vaccination. Lost the cat's cytology after charging dollars for it and gave the runaround for months on what was going on.

I was going to a place in Westerly seeing that's where the last owner of my mastiff was taking him. Two cats were misdiagnosed and both had to be put to sleep.
