Make sure you stop in and grab one of their signature cocktails on the way to your destination! I highly recommend trying the famous Trash Can. For the most part, restaurants in Banff tend to close their kitchens early, but Eddie Burger keeps serving a limited menu until 1am on weeknights and 2am on weekends. From pm and 9pm-1am every day, all tequila is half price even the top shelf bottles , all margaritas are half price, and some beers. Tacos are also half price! Yes, you heard that correctly, there is karaoke in Banff.

They have a patio upstairs but the waitress warned us that there's little shade, so we stayed in.

Unpretentious fare like cheese puffs, wings and pints are on the menu at the Banff Legion, where the crowd is loyal and friendly and unapologetically old-school. This quintessential mountain-town pub has been in business for more than two decades and is beloved by locals for its cheap drinks and hole-in-the-wall feel.

Here you can dine or grab a drink — for a price. But there are other evening activities such as live music, bowling and a pub atmosphere to enjoy. Late nights in Alberta tend to wrap up around 2am when liquor can longer be served. Built to finance the train that would unite Canada, the Fairmont Banff Springs fuses Scottish, French Canadian and the mountain environment. There is nothing budget about it — the numerous restaurants and lounges are all pricy, as are hotel rooms — but you get what you pay for. The service is excellent and the staff combine an enthusiasm for the environment with good product knowledge. For a night out, choose a restaurant here, then retire to one of the lounges where on some nights you can enjoy live music. Bowling may sound a little old-school, but it is relatively new to Banff Avenue. With its fun-for-all-ages vibe, High Rollers can be a night out unto itself, or a social beginning to an evening of pub-crawling or dancing.

Pretty fantastic food overall based on what we ordered for the most part. However if your looking for good authentic food, our experience of two dishes, this is not the place, sorry. Generally speaking, planning a wedding or bachelorette party can be hard work! We were a large group and needed two tables - we sat outside and when it started to rain the waitress was quick to move us to covered tables. It's always a treat when I stay in Banff to nourish myself at Nourish. I gave them 4 stars today instead of five because they were really good. Pizza restaurant. The service is good overall and the staff are friendly. It has an appealing timber and river rock exterior and offers views of the mountains from its rooftop patio.

Washrooms restrooms in US , clean and accessible. Self guided canoe tour. The pizza tasted delicious. Food was served quite late and seems delayed. My only complaint is that the rooms typically have only one microphone. Location location location. The price vs quantity is insane. Horseback Riding in Banff Experience a guided 1 hour horseback ride along the tranquil Bow River in Banff — definitely a bachelorette favourite! Did not fulfill basic serving duties like refilling our glasses or periodically checking in on the group. Food was overall ok but the place wasn't busy at all when we went for lunch and they were slacking in service. Staff were super friendly, and all the facilities were clean and well maintained.
