Pancakes are a favourite with kids, and these veggie savoury baked pancakes are great to make with little ones.
I challenged myself to make one thing off every episode of the show and I did that for 4 years, so I got to try out lots of different recipes and baking techniques. What advice would you give to someone who is starting out baking? Most of all, enjoy yourself! I like a good quality strong white bread flour as I absolutely love making and eating homemade bread. As bread has so few ingredients, the flour is really the star of the show and a good quality one makes all the difference.

This Vanilla Traybake Cake is a versatile bake that's easy to make, and fun to customise for any occasion. It features a fluffy vanilla sponge cake with a smooth vanilla buttercream on top.
