Kaku absolutely curbstomps. He even had the upper hand for a while and only struggled once Yujiro decided he was suddenly invincible again. As talented as Garou is, his MA is pretty straightforward. Punch, kick, parry, ect. It's not really on the level of Kaku being magically being immune to damage with feather powers and storing impacts to pull out later whenever he wants. Round 1 speed isn't equalized and Garou could block rapid high caliber machine gun fire and accurately deflect each bullet. Kaku should be around there, maybe higher for competing against Yujiro.
