I got two pairs of progressive glasses for less than the price of one elsewhere. Great service. I had complete confidence in their skill level to fit me well with progressives, which can be very finicky to get used to and take one to two weeks to adjust. Within a day my eyes were happy. I have ordered glasses from many places over 40 years and can say Bailey Nelson was a great experience. VERY great experience here! Staff are really friendly and helpful. Came to the store for an eye exam and new pair of glasses, very good service provided by Bobby, was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful when picking glasses.

I bought a pair of lovely glasses from Bailey Nelson and they broke - the actual frame broke - I am older and treat my glasses with respect. The people at the store did not do the same for me. They refused to replace or repair the glasses and did not offer any discount on a new pair.
