The retailer found that two of the Humberto shower heads weren't actually compatible with electric showers, even though it said that it was. If customers do install the head to an electric pump and use the restricted flow feature then it might not be able to handle the pressure. This may lead to scalding water building up in the shower which could spurt out at any time and burn you while you're washing. The DIY store has been selling the shower heads since April but it's not yet clear how many products were sold. Customers who have purchased the heads in either white or silver and fixed it to an electric shower are being advised to stop using it immediately. Instead, customers should return it to your local store in exchange for a refund - you don't need to provide the receipt.
