Any experience of laying their flooring? A friend of mine had a bad experience with it. The wood didn't scratch but the top layer of varnish is scratched to bits. It looks like someone went over the whole thing with a large scouring pad. Its just had normal living room traffic. Now they did have three young boys and a big dog, but the flooring finish was scratched beyond belief and, in some places, the finish had worn down to the actual wood.
