I called on a Sunday and I was surprised to find someone answer the call. I was very impressed with everyone I talked or autoglass reviews with.

Been going on since September Now march Have complained several times and spent hours on phone plus email, but no ownership from Complaints team to resolve, or technician sent to inspect. Customer service was rubbish. Which I assured him we owned but he still refused to do it. The man from Bath- had no intention of fitting our windscreen and we are appalled with the service yet again so going elsewhere to replace our glass they said they would do 6 weeks ago.

Safelite has no number to call to talk to anyone, my only option is to drive around like this and cause damage until I can schedule another appointment and find the time to go to them. I managed to speak to a real person who confirmed this was being dealt with and reimbursement went through for action on the 31st June, and yet a week later still nothing in my bank.
