Also I do meet all the eligibility criteria. This is an older phone SE that I'm digging up and adding to a new plan. Thanks any thoughts on which department I can ask for to get them to add it back?

I am asking, because when I insert the nano-SIM card now, on the locked iPhone, the setup screen appears as if it will delete the current eSIM and carrier settings.
