It's possible they just figured out the pin thru trial and error or you may not have enabled the lock on the object. So the tribe admins have to set each thing to admin only access, then set pin codes. There are ways to crack pincodes with enough time or accounts. I won't be able to discuss the details but I would advise against using pins as much as possible due to this.
