Usually when one of my dinos gets a Leech on it, i just hit the dino with a torch, and it removes the Leech. Make sure you have the debuff and not just the leech in your screen. When your dino gets leeched it may appear on your screen on your character. To remove it, remove it from the dino with the debuff.
