New users - If you are registering with us for the first time, you will be asked to complete the online access form found in the advisor downloads section. We will then set you up with the appropriate permissions and you will receive an email containing an enrolment link. A text message will be sent to your registered mobile number. Existing users moving to the new platform - We will send you an email containing an enrolment link. Please ensure you have your existing User ID and the mobile phone number we hold for you is correct, as our new two-factor authentication process means we will send a security code to that number.
