The death leads to an uprising from Commonwealth's lower social class who aren't happy with the community's social divide. I'm not certain the show will go this route, unless the death of a beloved "TWD" character inspires a revolt within the community. On the show's final season, the approach to the Commonwealth's seedy underbelly has been more expansive. It's been hinted that a number of people are upset with the way the Commonwealth is run. It's also been teased that those who step out of line are handled in some mysterious way.
