Our goal is to be the leader in creating a vibrant, exceptional downtown, dedicated to being a regional destination to work, live, learn, shop and play. ADI takes a leading role in keeping the area clean. We work closely with the City of Appleton Public Works Department to keep the central city a clean and attractive place to work or play. Whether it's monitoring garbage and recycling container areas or just being the go-to person when a problem creeps up, ADI makes keeping the area clean a top priority. When it comes to safety, Appleton has been ranked as one of the nation's safest cities. After the onset of the coronavirus pandemic in , Stephany said downtown Appleton saw a substantial loss of office employees as employers allowed and required employees to work from home, causing a strain on downtown businesses who relied on that foot traffic.
