Angus Crichton born 5 February is an Australian professional rugby league footballer who plays as a second-row forward for the Sydney Roosters in the National Rugby League NRL and Australia at international level. He played his junior rugby league for the Young Cherrypickers , before switching to rugby union in his senior school years at The Scots College Sydney. Angus Crichton's return to the NRL is imminent according to Sydney Roosters coach Trent Robinson, months after the year-old's diagnosis of bipolar disorder was made public. It was announced Crichton would be on an indefinite leave of absence from the Roosters at the start of the year, with the back rower's return an exciting revelation for Sydney fans.
